fchai Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 By accessing the fchai Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the fchai Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the fchai Platform and must not attempt to register an Account or access any gaming services.

2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money gaming service on fchai. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gaming. The Operator will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the fchai Platform. Registering multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any associated balances.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.4 Prohibited Registrations. The following persons are ineligible to register an Account and must not attempt to do so:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who are self-excluded from fchai or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, or agents of the Operator or its affiliate companies, and their immediate family members;
• Persons acting on behalf of or as agents for another individual in placing bets or deposits;
• Persons in jurisdictions where participation in online gaming is unlawful.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fchai login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.

4.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. The Operator may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze your Account pending a security investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification. The Operator is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct KYC verification. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. The Operator will notify you by email or SMS prior to any administrative action on dormant accounts. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts as communicated to you in advance.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the fchai Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The Operator does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. fchai currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Unibank, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Accepted methods may change at the Operator's discretion and are subject to the terms and limits imposed by the respective payment service providers.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your fchai Wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution and may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal above the KYC threshold can be processed;
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Any active Bonus Funds in your Wallet must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. fchai is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's AML regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. The Operator may suspend or close Accounts where activity raises AML concerns pending investigation.

6.1 fchai may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional benefits to Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the associated deposit) before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. The Operator reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds in the event that:

• The Player is found to have used multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• The Player has engaged in strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with low-risk or guaranteed wagering patterns;
• The Player has provided false information to qualify for a promotion;
• The Operator determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

6.4 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, provided that such modification will not retroactively affect any bonus already credited to a Player's Account in respect of which the Player has already commenced wagering.

7.1 Certified Fairness. All RNG-based games available on the fchai Platform — including slot games, table game variants, and instant-win products — use random number generation technology certified by independent testing laboratories approved under PAGCOR's technical compliance standards. The outcomes of all RNG games are statistically random and are not influenced by the Operator or any third party.

7.2 Game Rules. The specific rules governing each game available on fchai are detailed within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any inconsistency between general Platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that interrupts a game session, the affected game round will be subject to the Operator's technical incident resolution procedure. The Operator's records shall be the definitive reference for the state of any game at the time of interruption. The Operator will not be liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, odds, and in-play wagering rules are subject to separate sports-specific terms communicated within the sports betting section of the Platform. Bets once accepted and confirmed are generally binding. The Operator reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match manipulation or circumstances that render the market void in accordance with established sports betting industry practice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fchai Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing Platform rules, claiming bonuses more than once, or evading restrictions;
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by the Operator;
• Colluding with other Players in any game or sports betting market to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any activity that constitutes cheating or fraud;
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner intended to conceal the origin of illegally obtained proceeds;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any suspected errors must be reported to the Operator immediately; exploiting a known error without reporting it constitutes a breach of these Terms;
• Impersonating any person or entity, or providing false identification documents during KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy services, or other technical measures to circumvent geographic access restrictions or security protocols.

9.1 fchai is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Operator offers the following player protection tools, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders and automatic session termination based on time played;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of session duration.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to self-exclude from the fchai Platform, you may do so via the Account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Operator will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform and will refrain from sending promotional communications.

9.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. fchai enforces the 21+ age requirement through KYC verification. The Operator will not knowingly permit underage gambling. If you become aware that an underage person has gained access to the Platform using your account, you must notify the Operator immediately.

10.1 All content on the fchai Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio-visual content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

10.3 The fchai name, logo, and brand identifiers are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorized use of fchai's trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Operator shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fchai Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

11.2 The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11.4 You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that the Operator cannot guarantee that you will win any particular game or bet. Losses incurred through lawful gameplay do not give rise to any claim against the Operator.

12.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a lawful directive from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or another Philippine government authority;
• Discovery that the Account holder is a Prohibited Player as defined in Section 1.

12.2 Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and, where legally permissible, any balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Verified real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method following completion of any applicable investigation.

12.3 You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any pending withdrawals or open bets.

13.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by fchai is governed by the fchai Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and the Operator. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the fchai Privacy Policy.

13.2 fchai processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have rights as a data subject under that Act, including the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, subject to the Operator's legal obligations to retain certain records under Philippine gaming and AML regulations.

14.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email, SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number, or a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the amendment takes effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the fchai Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

14.3 The current version of these Terms, with the applicable effective date, will always be accessible at fchai.club/terms-conditions. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. The Operator may, however, bring proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction for the purposes of enforcing an obligation or seeking injunctive or other equitable relief.

15.3 PAGCOR Dispute Process. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, fchai is subject to PAGCOR's player complaint and dispute resolution procedures. Players who believe they have a grievance that has not been adequately resolved through the fchai support process may refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the applicable regulatory channel. The Operator will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

15.4 Internal Complaints. Before escalating any dispute externally, we encourage you to contact the fchai support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. The Operator will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days.
