fchai ("we," "us," or "the Operator") respects the privacy of every person who uses our online gaming platform at fchai.club. 2.2 fchai operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The DPO is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable Philippine privacy law.

fchai collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate a compliant, secure gaming platform. The categories of data we process are set out below:

fchai does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (e.g., health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or political opinions) unless you voluntarily disclose such information in a support communication, in which case it will be treated with the highest level of protection.

fchai collects personal data through the following channels:

• Direct Submissions: Data you provide when registering your fchai account, completing KYC verification, submitting a deposit or withdrawal request, or contacting our support team.

fchai uses your personal data for the following specific purposes:

Account & Platform Operations

• Creating and maintaining your fchai account;
• Verifying your identity and age (21+ requirement) during registration and KYC;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and wallet transactions in Philippine Pesos;
• Delivering the games, live casino tables, sports betting, and other services you access;
• Administering bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards.

Security & Compliance

• Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct;

fchai does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances, and only to the extent necessary for each purpose:

• Payment Service Providers: GCash (Mynt), Maya Philippines, BDO Unibank, BPI, and Metrobank, and other licensed Philippine payment channels — solely for processing your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• KYC and Identity Verification Providers: Third-party identity verification services used to process government-issued ID documents as part of our PAGCOR-mandated KYC process.

8.2 The main categories of cookies used by fchai are:

fchai retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with fchai's data disposal procedures.

10.1 fchai implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and fchai servers;
• Encryption of sensitive personal data at rest, including financial identifiers and KYC documents;
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing of fchai's technical infrastructure;
• Two-factor authentication options for player accounts to protect against unauthorized login;
• Automated fraud monitoring systems that flag unusual account activity in real time.

10.2 While fchai takes all reasonable measures to protect your data, no internet transmission is entirely secure. You acknowledge that you transmit data to fchai over the internet at your own risk. 10.3 Data Breach Response. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a significant risk to your rights and freedoms, fchai will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Affected players will also be notified without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights.

• Right to Correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You can update basic account details directly through your fchai account settings.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where there is no longer a lawful basis for retaining it. Note that this right is subject to fchai's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR, AML, and tax regulations.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account notification settings.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to fchai in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications), the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
• Right to File a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe fchai has violated your rights under the Data Privacy Act.

fchai will respond to verifiable data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, in accordance with the timeframes prescribed by the Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules.

12.1 The fchai platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. fchai does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

12.2 The Operator implements age verification measures during the KYC process to ensure compliance with the 21+ requirement. Any Account found to have been opened by an underage person will be immediately closed, and any funds associated with that account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

12.3 If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 has registered an account on fchai, please notify us immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.

The fchai website may contain links to third-party websites, payment portals, or game provider platforms. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the fchai platform and does not govern the data practices of any third-party websites. fchai is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

14.1 fchai reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR requirements, our data processing practices, or technological developments affecting the platform.

14.2 Where a material amendment is made, fchai will provide prior notice to registered players by email, SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number, or a prominent notice on the fchai platform, at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

14.3 The current version of this Policy, with the applicable effective date, is always accessible at fchai.club/privacy-policy. Your continued use of the platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
